IMO: Cel-Sci will win an arb award. The amount??? IMO; $30-$50+ M.

The key question is, what should the company do with the money?

What will give the best return (increased share price) for the company and shareholders ?

IMO; A *one time* cash distribution to shareholders is NOT the biggest bang for the buck.
INSTEAD....1. request the FDA for permission to start a P2 breast cancer clinical trial.1 out of 11 woman will get breast cancer.

It's a great way of saying; MK has been used to treat OVER 1100 H&N patients with almost no side effects. In other words it's safe.

Compare that to Opdivo with it's MANY SERIOUS side effects.

2.Several weeks later ; request FDA approval to start a prostrate cancer P2.1 out of 7 men will get prostrate cancer.

3. Several weeks later; request FDA approval to start a colon cancer P2.

4. Cel-Sci will have the money to pre-fund ( $30 M ?) 3 simultaneous FDA P2 clinical trials ,with Hugh potential profits. By passing P1 is ,IMO a major event.
