Ummm the shares weren’t “naked short”. That breaker is triggered when an equity falls 10% from the previous days close. The second amedica opened for trading it would have been placed on SSR (short Sale Restriction) since the opening price was 1.20 which was greater than a 10% fall from the previous days close.
