PanAm, you asked:

Why on earth would he do this? What was he afraid of , success
of the company?

I'm sure that Ed is absolutely convinced that he is saving MZEI from people who have no intention of developing the technology and bringing it to the world. And his alleged "proof" is the funding package that management agreed to. The terms of that deal, Ed must feel, guarantee the failure of Medizone as a viable company.

So in rides Ed on his white horse, in the nick of time, with the zeal of a crusader who believes totally in the righteousness of his cause, to salvage AS from being lost to mankind.

Maybe he won't be able to save the shareholders' investments. But at this point there aren't exactly warm and fuzzy feelings in either direction for most shareholders, so I don't think he regards that as a priority, compared to rescuing the technology.

It's all based on the assumption that Dodd & Co. are not interested in developing the existing structure, using their alleged past history as prelude.

All that I've attempted to dig up in the past few days doesn't support Ed's conviction.

But as NSD just said so correctly, the actions that will unfold in the next days and weeks will speak for themselves.
