Do they deserve it more than me? YES.

I've never even supplied capital to the company. These guy ARE the company. I bought some shares from somebody who bought some shares from somebody.

Are the guys who bought 1,000 shares at $40 (dollars) entittled to more influence than the guys who bought 1,000 shares at $.75 (cents). They put in more money or at least bought some more shares.

In a world where Dick Grasso can receive 140 million dollars for a year's work or a good attorney can bill a thousand bucks an hour for a phone call, I don't comment on what folks make.

On too many occasions I've had to pay folks in your chosen profession 1/3 of something for very little and there is a monompoly there. I suggest if you want to do good, work on breaking THAT monopoly of overpaid stuff.
