Dude, if you are going to wait until news hits, it'll be too late. You got to have your chips on the table BEFORE news comes out otherwise you'll end up being another chart-chaser who will probably get either burned or at the very least getting a crummy price because your order needs to wait for all the orders ahead of you to get filled.

Set the price you need to get in your standing order and let the market do its thing while you hunt down the next target. Works like a charm if you have patience.
