This CEO has me intrigued, what could be his strategy with the increase of the share count and the immediate R/S? Does he intend to purchase shares on the open market to increase his own holdings, then reverse merge with Ling Hang? Does he already have profitable plans in the works for Harvey's tech and is that why he has made the moves with the share structure? What could be the benefits he envisions for his company?
