How about the words misrepresent, manipulate, fraud, misconduct, exploitive conduct, “scheme to exploit”, kick back (in relation to Rico’s fraud), omissions, “manipulate and profit”, “misrepresentations and omissions to induce Viva at the detriment of Viva”, “LG’s reckless rate of conversions”, unjust enrichment (LG made 8x the original loan amount, which is criminal)... all these words can be found within the counterclaim, is that good enough ? Lmfao

Furthermore, maybe look into the case LG Capital Funding, LLC v. Protext Mobility, Inc., wherein the U.S. district court for the Southern District of New York ruled that LG failed to properly effectuate notice of conversion under almost identical terms as Viva’s case... read read read
