wow, that was unnecessary... perhaps I was confusing your comments with someone else's, but there were some inconsistencies in the comment that I thought could use clarifying. My apologies, I didn't mean to offend you. I won't bother to point out any further erroneous comments. As it happens, I participate in private placements regulatory and know considerably more than you give me credit for, not that it matters at all to me what you think.
