You are right. Where are the audits? I don't see them anywhere either. Lets stick to the FACTS. NO filings with the SEC or the OTC in more than 6 months. NO communication. Past due date on filings. These are the FACTS.



I agree 100% and this should be a concern for anyone looking to invest here.
