Wow..... summarized says; Stop eating so much, kind of tears it right there. The 6 PM to 12 PM fast would be extremely difficult, try this schedule

4 days a week, I get home @ 7 PM every night, up since 4 AM. Understand, no snacking. being a Homer Simpson, donuts are like Catnip to a cat. I eat dinner around 8 PM after feeding everyone else. Get about 5 hours sleep except on weekends. And what no eating until Noon? What about 2nd breakfast? :D) So, the 6 Pm to 12 Pm the next days fast may not work so well for me. That would mean driving the company commuter van with a ham sandwich without bread in one hand and steering with the other. They ban cell phones usage on the vans, so, maybe they'll approve eating while driving? I've never been much of a fruit & veggie person. No Carbs and no sugar......whew, you're a hard task master.....

I'm getting too old to chase down dinosaurs, knee issues..... You're plan include any Aerobic exercise?

If I'm a typical American then this really bodes well for R-It.

I really appreciate the wake up call, without the know it all attitude thanks, gives me food for thought. Shows me where I need to be, not fussing over some expensive diet plan. Now where did put my Jenny Craig Cherry pie?
