What's the story? DRWN is a dead stock trading that never got off the launching pad. The ICO has fizzled (currently, one-tenth of one percent of the coins have sold and only six more days left until the ICO is closed), and it's anyone's guess what role, if any, Oracle is playing in all this. You'd think with the ICO and Oracle, DRWN would be at one cent; instead, it's lucky if it gets out of trips. Playing penny stocks is like gambling: only invest what you can afford to lose, and DRWN shows every indication it is a loser since not even the ICO and Oracle can jump start this stock.
