This would be a perfect time for someone with more experience than some of us here to explain how a company which has no authority to transport product, let alone exist, can even sell stock .
I spoke today with Gary Gross of Gross Capital, Inc. The company is listed as a resource for Investor Relations. Mr. Gross explained he had had no involvement with the company directly or indirectly for the past 5 years and had no information of any kind to share.

I have no idea what it is I own shares of here. I will try to track down the listed transfer agent. If anyone has that contact info, please pass it along and I will follow up.

All I can say is that I have seen that at one point 5B shares were approved and 953M shares are outstanding. I hope to be able to verify at least this much soon.
