But IF they want to become a fully reporting company, THEN a form 10-12G is a potential way.
And IF it´s then incomplete, form 10-12G/A, the amendment of form 10-12G could be also required.
We cannot call a filing which could be required false.
What i try to explain, it´s possible we will see both filings to become a fully reporting company. If it´s possible to see both filings, it´s not false.
If i would say in order to become a fully reporting company for example form 15-12G which is a completely different form would be required, this would be false.
