Bottom line, IF MJVP wishes to become a registrant again, it needs to file an S-1 or a Form 10. An amended Form 10 is not required, that is false.

So we wait for PJ (Pojunis) to speak to MJVP shareholders rather than to reveal a new MJVP director etc. on his other ticker symbol. Merely rhetorical, but Who does that?
