A few years ago is when Ken Maciora decided MYEC and its shareholders were easy litigation targets. With a growing number of judgements against him and his business Empire Relations Group, he filed lawsuits against MYEC's auditor, transfer agent, a handful of shareholders that hurt his feelings when they posted DD and personal opinions about him and his motives, and against MYEC in Wyoming. He has failed miserably yet continues to force MYEC to spend money defending themselves against him.

Wow what happened to this company. Invested in it a few years ago and had a lot of promise.
