Management says we're in a "quiet period" based on a NDC. Do you know what that means? Could there be a problem with the personnel managing the funds now or regulatory matters which must be resolved. Those items are beyond the control of Argentum 47 which may lead to a protracted period until closings. BTW, if ARGQ received funds from the lenders, where are the funds deposited or temporarily invested? But you see, we're in a "quiet period". GLTA!
