Yes, a refinery is going to be built!

Yes, full financing will be there!

Yes, either you are onboard or not!

So many reasons telling us longs why we are making a mistake. Well, I will take my chances!

Have a suspicion we will not have to wait until the end of May for the announcement.

I suggest it will be in a matter of days/weeks...perhaps in April.
