At current price yes. But I actually expect a significant price increase short term which would reduce that number drastically. And as mentioned previously, it is not likely for them to convert them all in one week, since they aren't due right now and there is no incentive to do so.

More likely the holder will convert them over several weeks/months, which means the common investor won't even notice them being completed until the 8k comes out.
