Good point Silvr. Equally important is who would withhold the 70% reduction discovery from the public while their company BPAX was facing the threat of de-listing.

The only logically legal explanation is that they were bound by a non-disclosure agreement to which they are still bound by.

I can think of a number of unethical and illegal scenarios, but I continue to work under the assumption they are operating legally. I highly doubt Dr Sullivan would have recommended this course of action if it were legal.
