once again, this post not relevant as company dropped Arland's 15+ M from filings after 2011 10K without providing an accounting.

Know you think that you somehow made a wise choice to wait until after company did another round of toxic financing along with r/s & 2nd investor rip-off before investing here BUT another "grave mistake" that many investors do make is to foolishly rely on "OTC" filings without checking insider history. lol
