Agree that this is a difficult question for us small-fry to answer, precisely because we don't know anything about either the short-term or the long-term intentions of the HUGE stakeholders here. (A&W own about 21M shares and RCP own about 44M shares)

Until we know more, we are just purely guessing whether or not an uplisting (or for that matter dividends as well) are in the cards for 2018, 2019, or maybe even never.

But as I see it, not knowing is a small price to pay as long as the long-term trend is UP (which I believe it is and which can be confirmed by just a cursory examination of the one-year chart).
