They did update O/S:not much added/as we've seen little volume overall: is that positive? DK any more than we know anything about the LOI status from Oct., plans, but LOI looking shaky at best since deal is with an IDDR insider and if they can't even make that work... then again they can blindside investors as they did raising the A/S from a few hundred MIL to 10B all to justify this alleged merger/ acquisition, that's why price plunged so fast:
but for now R/S not necessary, they have a ways to go to 10B A/S: if they're gonna go active tho have to decide:
