it is my opinion that this company has never abused a disclaimer in the same way as they never "lied" ....

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Fortunately, facts matter.

Fact: On Dec. 14, Eves said "We're in the process of filing our applications for the operating permits with the Wyoming DEQ" ... four-plus months later, the application still has not been filed.

Fact: On Dec. 14, Eves said "We expect to have the permits for the test plant within 60 days which will enable us to start testing coal for our India clients at the end of the first quarter." ... Four-plus months later, not only is there no permit, there's no application even filed for the permit, which makes the additional claim of having "India clients" very suspect.

Fact: On Dec. 14, Eves said "we expect to be in Wyoming maybe the first week, second week of February" ... A March 7 press release announced the arrival of the pilot plant to Wyoming.

Fact: On Dec. 14, Eves said once the pilot plant arrived in Wyoming it would take "probably about four, five, maybe six weeks to set it up" ... Not only was it not set up in that time frame, there isn't even a site to put it on yet, or a permit to allow it to be set up.

Fact: On Dec. 14, Eves said "The first quarter of 2018 should be a definitive time in the history of the company" ... LOL. That nonsense speaks for itself.
