Good point. Mid-term elections the entire house of representatives need to 're-apply' for a job. They tend to be easier to influence from around this time until Nov for sure.

Looks like this bill (since Bernie is involved) is hitting the senate first which IMHO gives it a better chance of passing in at least one house in congress. Hopefully the senate can pass something and get it to the house before Sept/Oct.... and we'll see who wants to have a job there next year.

The big move by Bohner IMHO is huge. Yes I know he's not in the house anymore but don't think for a second whoever 'changed his mind ($$)' isn't the same group funding other GOP members' election campaigns.

Politically MJ is pretty hot right now I hope it punches through this year.... we shall see.
