I definitely have issues with the internals of this company and stated so. But to blindly ignore the positives and look at everything with rose colored glasses is not helpful either. The fact that they are paying the PPS on the day the deal was announced is honest and ethical. The last deal where they negotiated the deal and the PPS had doubled in PPS when finally closed and announced was wrong. Dilution like this does not bother me as they are actually now investors who have skin in the game.

As far as the $1.19 you will see many new investors here at higher prices if they get their internal controls in line with SEC requirements. Not buying but obvious somebody had a brain who was involved in this deal.
