Now -- FILING A FALSE OFFICIAL POLICE
REPORT -- well that is a different matter entirely
and not what I said.


YOU MAKE A GOOD POINT, and we may gen-
eralize it thusly :

It is generally a crime TO LIE on an OFFICIAL-
LY-FILED REPORT. .. To any OFFICIAL agency
whatsoever. .. SUCH AS THE S.E.C. !


Getting back to the "Lying to Police" problem,
only a damn FooL admits anything honestly
when the police interrogate you. .. JUST SAY
NOTHING ! !

Or Lie if you must speak, as it is not a crime
to speak a Lie except in the areas specified
in my Post 110344 :
