How is it FUD when we are trying to understand why the major stockholder who brought on the revolt against the previous management team and wanted to invest long term in Avid all of a sudden decides to sell off a significant portion of shares right before the CEO has promised to announce new deals? What explanation is there for those actions? One I can think of is they were really had no intention of holding Avid. Instead, they bought the IP for cheap.
