They will be valuable and some will likely be better than bryostatin IMO. When I say better I mean they will most likely be able to better "regulate" the up and down cycles of the drug, minimizing the problem of down regulation when too much drug or its too frequently given. I think they've found bryostatin's "sweet spot" now but it might not be exactly the same for every person and might can be tweaked for even better and more long lasting improvements. JMHO
