So Milton Charles Todd Ault III is Avalanche's Chairman of the Board of Directors. DPW is loaning money to Avalance by the wagon load! Is Digital Power Avalanche's and Ault's piggy bank? Would Avalanche even survive without Miltie paying its bills with DPW shareholder funds?
