I have retained my shares, even through the Scottrade to Ameritrade merger, and have the OK lawsuit documents filed away. Never sent any $$ besides the initial attempt several years ago. I am all pre lock shares, so have not been involved with the post lock goings on. FYI
Did not file anything against the brokers, as I felt this was too costly, both time and $$, without any tangible results.
