To summarize, AXMP was originally reinstated way back in 2015, but then terminated. Fast forwarding to today, he has reinstated AXMP. As indicated in 2018 filings, Joe holds 100m shares, leaving float at 58m. It has list of officers due in June (earlier than all of his others plays now).

I know the ibox has not been updated to reflect all these recent filings, nor have any of these filings been stickied, leaving newcomers confused.
