Today's action is truly comical. FDA approval on a new drug, multiple price target increases -- and you get a 5-6 percent drop in PPS.

Is the company selling shares? Probably -- and that doesn't concern me right now. Is shorty doing whatever's possible to drive it down? Absolutely.
