2012 share count was about 700 million, not 140 million. That's why Arland got 'dropped' in 2012. Cuz they were nowhere close to owning 35+ million shares (5%). They didn't need to sell anything to get dropped.

I thought you would understand dilution since that's a major reason you lost your arse investing here years ago. Wait for a company to clean up share structure, then look for profitability.
