No the patents have not been sold and WM recently brought their LLC current as well. WM is now attempting to raise money through an ICO this summer completely unrelated to their original business plan.

Outside of the attention share dilution has brought to WM in volume reporting I do not see why this stock would run but thank you for responding to the question. No one ever even attempts to.
