Very few have the guts to buy blood. When buying comes in then they are fearful to jump in because it might drop or retest. Thus they wait and chase blaming everyone but themselves.
Chart said the drop would not stick and it didn't. What comes next? It will either get back inside the lower bb or ride it down. Either way a scalp was there to be had. Those 4 consecutive gap downs require filling unless the stock is broken. No substantive evidence other than lies that that is the case. Once back inside the bb's the chart will give the clues we need.
