Now I am starting to the synergies behind the American Green merger with Delta Oil and Gas. AG, a sub-penny microcap if there ever was one, knowing there might be big problems with converting debentures in the immediate future for sub penny stocks, found DLTZ which has traded at least two cents or over the last year to date- by the way, a level which will exempt the new entity from the changes in the clearinghouse rules. So even though AG might "eat it in the shorts," the new entity can continue right along.

This tells me that AG shareholders can expect a reverse split in the immediate future or that AG might somehow morph into a new DLTZ branded holding company with AG under the DLTZ umbrella. It really depends on what Gwyther thinks- if he sees no more use for the AG name it'll be gone.

Might I remind everyone here that Gwyther has total control over this company by his super majority voting status and thus over the DLTZ firm as well?
