lol !! that place is a picnic compared to where i work. the cretins i deal to would eat those dealers alive no shit ! i've been a dealer in atlantic city for a little over 32 years. where i currently work is now 16 months. what i've witnessed and been subjected to in the first 8 months on swing shift blows away everything i ever experienced in ac.
shift managers and pit boss's in head locks with each other, players breaking up fights between crap dealers changing base, etc. etc..
players telling you how to deal your game, being called everything in the book on a daily basis, etc.. etc..
get the idea !!!
ever been in a roadhouse ? same scenario. you could call the national guard and no one would come !
its also the dumbest money i've ever dealt too. thats why they get away with the debauchery and belligerent behavior they present. as cartman would say, ''in the ghetto''. not too mention the 466 million dollars that was dropped at the end of the first year i worked there.
heres the good one that happened a few nights ago. a guy buys in for a thousand bucks. tens, twenties and hundreds ok. the dealer marks the cash with the counterfeit pen, cuts out the checks, calls the floor over for the ok to send it right. ok everything done to procedure correct. only thing is its fuckin play money ! and they don't discover what happened till the next day when the count room reported what they found when they did the drop. man you can't make this shit up ! last nite a permanently banned player walks up to a game buys $500 in quarters. then grabs the cash and checks and bolts out of the building. i mean how dumb can you be right ? the state police already know who you are and where you live and your live on film. well this is how dumb you are ! 45 minutes later they arrest the guy at the cage trying to cash the checks out !!!
i could tell you more but if you use your imagination and or multiply any of your own personal experiences in a casino by 10 to 100 you'll get the gist of the environment i make my living in on a daily basis.
