I'm not sure how any of that DD fits together ultimately. Is Torque actually Budgenius? Or, is the development of the pen a totally separate deal with a different Wyoming Corp? Hard to tell from where I'm standing.

MYDX was supposed to give Bud Genius 100mil shares for trademarks, years of testing data, logos, and client lists. The last update in a Q filing just said that the deal still had yet to be consummated.

Here is a question: If Torque is actually Bud Genius, what would the benefit be from working on the pen as a separate deal from the acquisition itself?
