Pretty disappointed that Stan placed the offering @ 1.65 when the stock was trading @ 2.10. Strange way to increase shareholder value. Maybe there is something significant that he is going to do with the proceeds other than just fund general operations. I sure hope so.....Not a happy camper! I think though now that the placement is completed, we can move on.....
