runin, I suspect no funds have been raised. PN has said they know how to manage the funds.

IMO PN has been working long hours on his compensation package and has little time left to run the company. Besides if the company's PPS drops well below a buck this year, I believe he can have the company issue the remaining stock up to the 180k shares available to him under the compensation plan. If you are PN why worry?

Also, I believe we are a long way from the PPS bottom. As I have posted many times before the R/S, the shorts have been empowered to take this stock well below a buck AGAIN. Where is their risk? There is nothing coming in the near future that can change BPTH's fortunes. We will be lucky to be in business by years end, let alone trading on the NASDAQ.

I say we shareholders should start looking for a new Chairman of the BOD and put the person on the ballot THIS YEAR.
