Makes sense that the address would be what it is. Not any reflection of the company. So, here is an interesting theory about the stock. Many may have sold their stock position in order to take a tax write-off. Once the stock got delisted and had a price of zero, many filled out the form to no longer own their shares and take a loss...... If the stock is re-listed and trading, the float will be next to nothing..... shares outstanding will be only a fraction of what it was...... interesting if this was a strategy put into play. If so, those that never gave up ownership of their shares will be sitting on a mountain of money.....
