Interesting point about California's special blends. Here in the Rio Grande Valley auto inspections don't even include measuring emissions via the tailpipe. The result is that gasoline fumes can be overpowering while you're trudging down the highway. There's no law violation, crazy as that seems to me. I'd much rather pay much higher fees as when I lived in Houston, TX. We'd all be far better off, I hold.
