$BMSPF to generate $48 million in annual revenue from phase 1 of Bio-Coal plant in Louisiana. Ground breaking this spring on 1 million tonne plant.
Phase 1 240k tonnes. Phases 2 & 3 400k tonnes each.
Bond financing of $88 million approved by Governor for construction.
