166M share count is what I come up with to. As far as a buy out estimate we can't forget Imagin isn't just I/Blue. They also have I/Red and I/Vision coming to. We need to consider the worth of all three technologies. A billion market cap becomes more plausible then. I'm in for the long haul and think 3 or 4 big Pharma's will want this breakthrough tech badly. What is "the new standard of care" worth? I think $6 is certainly a possibility and who knows, maybe more if multiple Pharma's decide this is a must have.
