Your twisted words are comical. Retiring 140 Million shares from the OS is just that
Retiring and eliminating them. The OS is lower now. The 330 mill float is tiny and hasn’t changed for a long time. There is NO Funders debt at all.

There is no Convertible preferred shares that can be converted into common. I checked with Remo.. You continue to say they can while I personally confirmed they cannot. You make fun of BRAZOS and say the deal won’t close when clearly it will.
