The share price IMO very clearly reflects being tamped down a bit when the second biggest shareholder (accounting for the series C converts) has been selling for many months.

They are slow sellers, hitting bids harder when they creep up around $1.05 and today around $1 (just ahead of div I think). Once they fall below 5% owners, I don't think they need to file but the conversion of series C would show up since they update that in the Q filings.

My guess is they still have a couple/few hundred K left roughly but like you say, we'll see at next Q report where they may be at in terms of series C conversion. Since the notice of effectiveness statements, my guess is Alpha has converted some more of the series C since Feb report. Still have a little ways to go for May report but I'm patient.
