How is TONR suppose to reduce the A/S by 1 billion shares? There's probably only 500 million shares left before it's maxed out after the fraud PR came out and they dumped 200 million more shares. Is it just a coincidence that there hasn't been any dumping like this for months and then it just happens to take place after a pump and dump PR with ZERO substance? Why put out a PR like that after a year of nothing but silence?
