I reject it because it fits a pattern. JB takes what is in the news and hypes it to promote his mining projects. There is no doubt that REE and cobalt exist in the rocks at Hay Mountain. They might even be elevated relative to background. But to dangle those metals as possible economically recoverable metals at Hay Mountain is nothing but unsubstantiated hype.

JB could end any criticism by simply issuing a summary of geochem results. Say something like "cobalt was found in soil samples or chip samples at concentrations ranging from xxx ppm to xxx ppm". That wouldn't be giving away anything to his imaginary competitors who are lurking at his claim boundaries. But it would sure go a long way towards establishing some credibility.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
