Go back three years and you'll see PUGE declared via H. Burkhardt, CEO, that all future statements from the company would be delivered via SEC filings.

Yup! They sure were. And so many investors were suckered into things.

The same sort of routine is probably in motion right now.

Sometimes the logic will be great while the premise is horribly disfigured.
