I just checked the OTC Markets site and noticed they have updated the O/S to reflect last financials. But it also shows the A/S at 5B. Could this be in error? Last financials distributed from the company reported an A/S of 2.5B so the O/S was nearly maxed out.

Is mgmt getting ready to raise some more equity here???

If our options are R/S vs. dilution, I guess I'll hold my nose and pick dilution???

At the very least, if the 5B A/S is correct, this is NEWS!
